Some patches from an old queue post still apply (and still in the
new queue). The ones which doesn't apply was committed. New
queue as posted also contains some new patches which was done
meantime and wasn't yet committed.
It's up to you how to maintain your github repo, probably just
starting from scratch whill be easiest solution.
