Intel's cripple non-intel competitors

Hi,
This is out topic nginx development, but may be interesting to know.
Intel software (tools, libraries, compilers, etc), only perform optimal 
with Intel chips!
Thay can detect non-intel chips and disable intentional any faster or 
better feature.
