source code repository switch to Mercurial

Hello!

Following 1.4.0 release we are finally switching nginx source code 
repository to Mercurial (http://mercurial.selenic.com/).  The 
repository is now available at http://hg.nginx.org/nginx/.

If you are working with nginx svn repository - please consider 
switching to Mercurial as svn repository will not be updated 
anymore.

Submitting further patches as Mercurial changesets is also 
appreciated.  :)
