Why does ngx_epoll_del_event use EPOLL_CTL_MOD

Hello!

Sometimes You may just want to delete a single event, for instance, You
just want to delete the read event but reserve the write event for a
specified fd, in such case EPOLL_CTL_MOD should be used.
