перевод строки в логе (баг?)

В error_log появилась такая запись:

2008/05/17 13:40:53 [error] 25115#0: *388551 open()
"/path/to/images/uploaded/article_1155
704288_222931.jpg" failed (2: No such file or directory),
именно в две строки.

Запрос был таким:
request: "GET /images/uploaded/article_1155%0A704288_222931.jpg HTTP/1.1"
