не работает fopen в фильтре

Пытаюсь открыть файл в фильтрующей функции, но он почему то не открывается.

Также пробовал использовать fstream в отдельной с++ функции, вызываемой в фильтрующей функции. Тоже не хочет создавать/открывать файл. Почему? И как тогда работать с файлами?
