Connection rate limiting in proxy upstream?

Hello Igor-

	I was wondering if you had any timeframe for implementing connection  
rate limiting for nginx's proxy module? This has become something  
that people using nginx with Rails/mongrel really need badly.

	I offered a bounty on this before, is there any chance of getting  
this implemented soon? I would happily sponsor the work you would  
have to do to implement it and am prepared to offer a higher bounty  
if $1000 wasn't enough.

	What would it take to get this implemented? Is there anyone else who  
is familiar with nginx module development that would like to get paid  
to add connection rate limiting to the proxy module?
