memory corruption

Hello,

I keep getting this errors in error_log.

my config is:
nginx 0.7.61
./configure  --add-module=../nginx-static-etags/ 
--prefix=/usr/local/nginx  --http-proxy-temp-path=/cache/proxy_tmp  
--pid-path=/var/run/nginx.pid --conf-path=/etc/nginx/nginx.conf

any idea?
