RewriteCond for HTTP header

Hi Group,

I am using several rewrite conditions and rules in nginx, but I am not
able how to translate the following Apache condition to nginx:

RewriteCond %{HTTP:X-ISSSL} !^TRUE$

Any help highly appreciated.
