[BUG] auth_basic_user_file on 0.7.44

it seems there is a bug in the function ngx_http_compile_complex_value
of src/http/ngx_http_script.c.

it works for auth_basic_user_file but I didn't yet try other
directives or functions which can rely on this function. What do you
