Is there a way to increase worker_connections on Windows 2003

I'm using Nginx 0.7.63 on Windows 2003. It seems that 1024 worker_connections is the maximum number for Windows.

Does anyone know how to increase it on Windows? Because my error_log is full of "1024 worker_connections are not enough". :(

Any suggestion will be appreciated!
