old file content being served?

Hi,

We have a small static CSV file which has been updated on the local nginx
server. However, when the file is loaded, it is showing the old content.
 I'm trying to figure out how to clear the cache and came across this simple
posting:

but how do I get the path to the cache?  its not in the configuration file
that we have set up.
