Freenode #nginx (IRC channel): needs owner (halp please, Igor)

Just FYI, I created #nginx a few years ago. I failed to give myself
ops right after creating it and then wasn't able to later. I don't
know if freenode keeps records of who created what, but if I can help in
any way, let me know (nick is cwells).
