Thanks, for the tips. I discovered it was the keys. If you include the full url in your partials the $uri variable becomes /full_url eg <!--# include virtual="http://thisdomain.com/dssi/&partial=dothis" --> $uri becomes: /http://thisdomain.com/dssi/&partial=dothis
