Using Nginx to stream videos with seek with html5

Hi,

Formerly I was using Nginx + mp4 plugin to stream videos to Flash. With
html5 is it possible to use Nginx alone to stream videos with seeking
ability to web browser that use hmtl5? If not is a plugin required? What
about Ogg Theora?
