FLV pseudostreaming is always in bytes, not seconds (like MP4).

Hi

My question is about FLV Module

NGINX documentation mentions that FLV module supports time-based offsets
"This module provides the ability to seek within FLV (Flash) files using time-based offsets."

http://wiki.nginx.org/HttpFlvStreamModule

When looking on the source code and some testing I could see that its supports byte-based offset

Can you help me fill the gap

Thanks a lot
