Code 499 and ab tools

HI,

I am testing one of our production server with ab (ab -n 1000 -c 150  "http://www.myserver.com") and what I get is:

...
Completed 400 requests
Completed 500 requests
Completed 600 requests
Completed 700 requests
apr_socket_recv: Connection timed out (110)
Total of 743 requests completed

In the nginx's error log no output, while in the nginx's access log report 499 code (the client has closed the connection).

Where is the problem, nginx server or client ab?

Any idea?
