Disabling "aio threads" totally fixed my problem, it had appeared after i had enabled it. I wasn't able to reproduce myself so i couldn't get a debug log when it triggers.. Posted at Nginx Forum: https://forum.nginx.org/read.php?2,269545,269632#msg-269632
