Nginx window config files

Good day.

I am trying to set up nginx in my windows machine but whatever alteration i
do to my .conf files i always get the "Welcome to nginx page".

I followed every guide i've found and tried to set it up multiple times to
no avail.

Can anyone help me with this issue?
