Auth_request and multiple cookies from the authentication server

Hello Francis,

Unfortunately combining the headers to one Set-Cookie header doesn't work
either. It seems that nginx parses the values and just drops all after the
first. Therefore it looks like there is no workaround and we will need to
fix or indeed switch to something else.
