Forwarding to target website via a socks5 proxy.

Suppose nginx is running on a host with the FQDN x.y.z and listening
on x.y.z:8080, can I let it redirect me to the target website, say,
a.b.c:80 via a specific socks5 proxy, say, x.y.z:21080, when I access
the website x.y.z:8080?

Any hints for this problem will be highly appreciated.
