Update nginx on the fly with a change of prefix

You may want following the "Upgrading Executable on the Fly" procedure,
https://nginx.org/en/docs/control.html#upgrade.

Please note:
1. the configuration files may need to be presented in both prefixed;
2. proper testing [in a lower environment] is required.
