<font color="#333399"><font>Hello,<br><br>Using Nginx 1.0.11, I changed the error log file in my configuration to /var/log/nginx.error.log.<br>The new log file gets filled as it is supposed to be, but the old file /nginx-repo/logs/error.log keeps getting recreated.<br>

<br>I would add that I checked the configuration so there is no conflicting entry.<br><br>Btw, why does nginx doesn't use the 'standard' repos /var/log for the logs and /var/run for the PID file by default? It adds to the entropy...</font></font><br clear="all">
