transfer files to people that does not cause delays in latency / lagging on<br>
the video due etc.<br>

My current :<br>

limit_rate_after 1m;<br>
limit_rate 1m;<br>
}<br>
<br>
<br>
On other sites when i download / watch videos it seems they transfer files<br>
at speeds of 200k/s<br>
<br>
Should I lower my rates ?<br>
