Your environmental constraints will impact which is feasible:</div><div><br></div><div>1. Use tcpdump to capture packets</div><div>2. Use netcat as an intercepting proxy </div><div>3. Use muffin as a http aware proxy</div><div>4. Use one or more virtual machines to host proxies</div><div>5. Use a cheap ($40) smart switch and a spanning port to mirror traffic</div><div>6.
