capture ngnix user login information

[Holla, Vinayaka]

We have simple app, with ngnix/flask and Plotly,

1. when user open the app from browser, we need to capture which user is logged in so we can update database table.
2. like in IIS we use Request.LogonUserIdentity.Name
3. current ngnix is running with no authentication configuration
