499 and php-fpm segfaults

5.2 only has a patch
5.3 has svn for pre-5.3.3, after that it is bundled with PHP core (and
highly recommended)

Also -

a) You should probably take this to the PHP-FPM list (unless it is PHP
5.3.3+, then you can submit a bug on the official PHP bug tracker w/
debugging info)
b) nginx-devel isn't the place for this, this is general nginx stuff :)
