mod_zip module - Freelancer to fix an issue

Hi all

We are looking for someone to fix an outstanding issue in mod_zip, a 3rd party module creating ZIP archives on the fly. The issue seems to be related to buffering/timing and SSL, see https://github.com/evanmiller/mod_zip/issues/44 for details.

We are willing to put a bounty on it or pay someone directly to fix this issue and create a MR.
