Question about stream multiplexing in Nginx and Nginx-quic

Would you mind confirming if Nginx and Nginx-quic support stream
multiplexing? How does Nginx handle multiplexed-object webpages? Does it
respond data to client from multiple streams simultaneously? Thank you very
