Таймауты, php-fcgi

Здравствуйте.

Трабл не могу один побороть. На сложные пхп обработки nginx выдает 502
ошибку.

Таймауты какие уже не крутил, в т.ч. поставил proxy_read_timeout      4000;
и ничего не помогает.
Скажите, что покрутить.

nginx version: nginx/0.5.14
