Last-modified фича?

Есть скрипт, выставляющий заголовок last-modified и его копию в last-modified2

При объявлении сontent-type: text/html nginx почему-то вырезает
заголовок last-modified.
При любом другом сontent-type заголовок нормально проходит.
Это фича?

UPD: происходит только с не пустым ответом.
