Периодически фиксирую в логе nginx следующие ошибки:
2008/05/16 08:20:20 [error] 89138#0: *205203 no live upstreams while
connecting to upstream, client: X.X.X.X, server: X.X.X.X, request: "GET
2008/05/16 08:20:27 [crit] 89140#0: *205241 connect() to
X.X.X.X:80 failed (1: Operation not permitted) while connecting to
upstream, client: X.X.X.X
2008/05/16 08:22:38 [crit] 89137#0: *206024 connect() to
X.X.X.X:82 failed (1: Operation not permitted) while connecting
to upstream, client: X.X.X.X
2008/05/16 08:28:02 [crit] 89138#0: *27150 connect() to
X.X.X.X:82 failed (1: Operation not permitted) while connecting
to upstream, client: X.X.X.X

OS: FreeBSD 6.2
nginx version: nginx/0.5.35
