После апгреда Nginx не стартует

Приветствую,
может  кто  подскажет  куда  копать  - просто ума не приложу что можно
посмотреть.

Ситуация следующая:
uname -a
FreeBSD 6.3-RELEASE-p2 FreeBSD 6.3-RELEASE-p2  i386

работал nginx/0.8.20, сегодня понадобился встроенный перл,
пересобрал  nginx + добавил with-http_perl_module ну и заодно обовился
до nginx/0.8.29.

И nginx перестал запускатся - валится в корку.

Куда копать?
