Пропишите root в server.
> fastcgi_param SCRIPT_FILENAME /home/alex/www/server.com$
fastcgi_script_name;
Замените на fastcgi_param SCRIPT_FILENAME /home/alex/www/server.com
/путь/до/скрипта/который/обслуживает.php;
