off: заболел hdd на сервере freebsd

Сначала случилось то что на fe0.jpg. перегрузился, вролде все
нормально. потом случилось fe0_new.jpg, перезгрузился и случилось
fe0_new1.jpg. прошелся fsck - все восстановилось.

RAID контроллер какой-то дешевый STLab A-350 (Jmicron PCIE-to-SATA2),
жесткие диски 2 штуки WDC 250Gb.
На что это кому похоже?
