Cache does not work

День добрый!

Win Server 2003 R2, nginx 0.8.19

Для определенной локации написано
 proxy_temp_path  d:/nginx/temp/proxy  1 2;
 proxy_cache_path d:/nginx/cache       levels=1:2 keys_zone=backend:10m;
 proxy_cache      backend;
#
proxy_set_header   X-Real-IP       $remote_addr;
proxy_set_header   Host            $http_host;
proxy_set_header   X-Forwarded-For $proxy_add_x_forwarded_for;
proxy_cache_valid 10m;
proxy_pass http://backend;
log_format cache_log '$remote_addr - $remote_user [$time_local]
"$request" $upstream_cache_status';
access_log d:/nginx/logs/cache.log cache_log;

Проксирование работает прекрасно.
Кеширование - не работает, в логе MISS на каждый запрос.
В error_log - много вот такого:
2009/10/14 01:44:29 [crit] 3256#3264: *559 CreateDirectory() "d:"
failed (5: Access is denied) while reading upstream, ...

Куда глядеть, скажите пожалуйста?
