Странные 1024 коннекта

в конфиге:
worker_priority  -10;

В результате больше 1024 коннектов нгинкс не принимал (см. атач)
Убрал worker_priority, сразу конекты полезли вверх.
Это баг/фича нгинкса, линукса или кого?
