Kak skachuvat' fail 'File name.pdf' a ne 'File%20name.pdf'

Why are Russians those strangers...It is not hard to understand it, is it?
Just needs a minute and patience.. Writing this to English discussion board
would result in no answer at all (tried before).

Anyway any suggestions on how to server files with blank space in the file
name?
