On this computer there'is nginx-0.4.3.tar.gz with draft event port support.
I did some simple tests only.

By default it's not enabled on Solaris 10 because of
http://sunsolve.sun.com/search/document.do?assetkey=1-26-102485-1
So you need to enable it by hand:

events {
    use eventport;
}
