Wiki updates/spam

Just to let everyone know, we got our first wiki spam the other day
(thanks to Noah Kantrowitz for cleaning it up).

As a result, to edit the wiki requires that you login.  Registration is
still open to anyone (and existing usernames are intact), so this won't
prevent anyone from having a user account, but it's at least a little
extra work for the spammers (and hopefully will stop bots).
