Looks like that nginx not handle the multipost-forms request.

Line 70 ... pipelined request
Line 73 ... client sent invalid method while reading client pipelined \
request line

Please can you make a snapshot with http://livehttpheaders.mozdev.org/
if you use firefox or tcpdump to see the full request which comes from
the client to nginx.
