nginx/lighttpd/apache modules

I've been putting together a module comparison chart for nginx, lighttpd, and
Apache:

Does anyone know whether Lighttpd or Apache have equivalents to nginx's
http_addition_module and http_sub_module? (That is, modules that append text to
a response or perform a text substitution?) Those are the only big holes left on
the matrix.

Also, feel free to make any corrections or additions to that page (including the
"Requested modules" section :-)
