AWstats and nginx

I looked in the Wiki and google, but maybe I am too dump to find the  
answer.

If I want to serve awstats Perl CGI pages from NGINX without the need  
to install a separate webserver, is this possible?

Alternatively, what are other users using to process the NGINX access  
logfiles and present them nicely (and don't say google analytics,  
sadly that is not an option).

Thanks by the way for the last tip on setting the host for the load  
balancing with subdomains, that helped a lot.
