FastCGI on Sockets

[somebody nobody]

allright....i have allready run spawn-fcgi -f /usr/local/bin/php5-cgi -s
/tmp/cgi and then i get message:

spawn-fcgi.c.124: bind failed: Address already in use

but netstat -an doesn't show any program using the path
