Error during "make" after ./configure --with-http_perl_module --with-mail

Hi...
my nginx machine has Redhat 9 (shrike) and also "pcre-3.9.10" and 
"pcre-devel-3.9.10"....
i haven't find any rpm about like "perl-pcre"....
