Nginx and time

Hi,

I'm trying to set a cookie in a header and I want it to expire in 60 days
from the date that it gets set.  My question is:  Is there a way to do this
in Nginx without going to Perl?  One option that I came up with involves
changing out the Nginx configuration file once a day.  So far I am just
using add_header with "Set Cookie"
