nginx now in EPEL

For those who use nginx on RHEL-based Linux distributions
(RHEL/CentOS/Scientific Linux), nginx is now available in the Fedora
EPEL (Extra Packages for Enterprise Linux) testing repository. It will
be moved to the stable repository with the regularly quarterly RHEL
update.
