gzip modules

Hello,

I have been playing with the new "gzip_static" module, and so far everything
is working as described.  If the module could be extended similar to
LiteSpeed's auto update feature, web maintenance would be even easier:
http://www.litespeedtech.com/docs/webserver/config/tuning/#gzipAutoUpdateStatic.
I guess it depends on how many people compress static content ahead of time
vs. in-memory.
