Hello Jeremy,

The nginx does not support the RTMP protocol now.

>My question is : can I replace FMS by Nginx using flv module ?
It can not be used, try the Red5.

Subject: Live FLV streaming video with Nginx ?

  Hello,

I would like to stream live video in FLV format.

  My idea :

On the laptop where my camera is connected to, I broadcast the live video with a flash application (live encoder). The stream is directly send to a Flash Media server FMS. Then, the FMS stream the video on my web page.

My question is : can I replace FMS by Nginx using flv module ?

  Best regards.

  Jérémy.
