Possible solution for broken processor affinity on Linux

Last I checked, processor affinity is broken on Linux (or at least
certain versions of kernel, glibc, etc).  I don't know that this has
been fixed in Nginx, so I thought I'd point out this library that could
perhaps be used to solve the problem:

It's part of the Open MPI project.
